I led the development of an award-winning Digital Private Banking platform, driving the bank's digital transformation across systems and operations. I defined end-to-end delivery processes, scope, solution design, and implementation strategies, while also playing a key role in bridging operations and gathering requirements for the Digital Private Banking project.
